I’m Fergal, a Director and Surveyor and a RICS Registered Valuer. I hold the DipRSV, which means I’m formally qualified in residential property surveying and valuation, and I’m an AssocRICS member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the globally recognised professional body that sets high standards for competence and ethics.
As the Lead Surveyor and Director of Cornerstone, I take a practical, hands-on approach to my work. I focus on giving clear, honest advice and reliable valuations, cutting through the jargon and working closely with clients so they feel confident and informed when making property decisions.

Cornerstone Are Based In Sale, Greater Manchester
Our main service area centres around South Manchester and Trafford, including Sale, Altrincham, Hale, Didsbury, Chorlton, Stretford, Urmston and The Heatons.
We also regularly work across Manchester City Centre, having completed projects in many of the major apartment developments throughout the city.
In addition to our core areas, we frequently cover nearby Cheshire and Warrington villages such as Lymm, Appleton, Stockton Heath and Grappenhall, along with Bramhall, Cheadle, Gatley and Wilmslow.
